PT. Xiaomi Technology Indonesia saat ini membutuhkan karyawan dengan posisi :

New Retail Manager (NRM)

Kualifikasi :

1. Male/Female maximum age 35 years old
2. Strong leadership can work under pressure and tight schedule target.
3. Bachelor Degree any fields.
4. Energetic Person, can work both in group as well as individual task
5. Can do lot of business trip across his/her area
6. Must be based in 3 area Above ( Medan, Pekanbaru, and Palembang )
7. Has experience as Operational/Sales Manager in Retail/National Chain Store back Ground ( eq: Hypermart, C4, Alfa/Indomart, Giant,etc ) is a Must
8. Familiar with Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, and PPT ), google sheet documents/form, and strong analytic skill is a must.

Job Description :

1. Ensuring all the Retail business operational ( Expansion, operational, Data, Admin, Promotion, strategy execution , etc ) run well
2. Ensure all Xiaomi SOP well execute in Xiaomi Shop and Xiaomi Store
3. Collaborate with other department Such as ( but not limited to ) : Retail, Trainer, Marketing, Sales management, Distributor teams.
4. Tracking all POSM Material, include Gimmick, Gifts and others Promo Material, Promotion performance
5. Manage all Team below under his/her subordinate : Expansion, Operational, Sales Force.
