Management Trainee (MT)
The Management Trainee is designed to shape high potential candidates to become our champion Marketing & Credit Officers. Selected candidates will join our comprehensive six-month Management Trainee Program To be trained in all financial lease aspects.
General Qualifications:
- S1 graduate from reputable universities (fresh or having 1-2 years of meaningful work experience) with minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00)
- Maximum age 25 years old
- Computer literate
- Dynamic personality, achievement driven
- Previous involvement in organizational activities will be positively regarded
- Enjoy active collaboration with diverse group of people
- Willing and ready to be assigned in our branches throughout Indonesia
