HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF

Responsibility:

1. Set up PKB & monitor its implementation in company
2. Coordinate monitor activities of labour unions inside or outside company
3. Built good relationship with government & other man power institution/ organization
4. Monitor & follow up progress of regulation related government & manpower
5. Give periodic feedback to management about industrial relationship in company

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree from Law
2. Good spoken and written in English
3. Computer literate
4. Good communication & interpersonal skill
5. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
6. Work place in Balaraja – Tangerang
